Friday is finally here and it is May this weekend! The hubby and I are celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary on Sunday! When they say time flies they really mean it. In our wedding vows one of my husband’s promises to me was to always act excited when I show him a new dress and the shoes I bought to go with it! So in honor of our anniversary, this week’s post is all about SHOES! I really do love shoes. I have an entire closet dedicated just to my shoes. My husband taught Blaire to say, “how much does Mommy love you?” Her answer: “more than a new pair of shoes.” It is safe to say everyone around me knows my love for shoes is real.

I just bought these flatforms and I am already in love. They are perfect if you want to add a little height to your shoe without going too high with a wedge.

These espadrilles are so perfect in every way. They have a little character with the stripe, an on trend lace up detail and they are flat for everyday comfort.

I LOVE the scalloped edging on these sandals. They come in 4 colors. I have a feeling my Mom would love these for Mother’s Day! Surprise Mom!

The cork on this wedge is so fun. I am eyeing up the navy!

I just got Blaire a pair of Superga and now I want one for myself. They are a perfect everyday sneaker. I love these in white, fawn and blue velvet, And navy. Fine I like them all.

These flat strappy sandals are adorable! I love the nude.

Lately I have been gravitating to block heels because they are easier to walk in when I am with the kids. I love these in the nude. Shocking I know.

Another flatform I am loving is this one. And it is being price matched making it 15% off at $66.75.

I am always so impressed with the shoe selection at Forever 21. Look at these amazing fringe sandals for under $25!

I mentioned these on a previous Shop It // Style It post and did not get them and now I totally am. If I see something twice like this and immediately want it I have to get it. And they are $16!

These sky high wedges are $30 and would be perfect with a pair of flares and off the shoulder top.

The perfect studded sandal. They come in 2 colors and I can see myself wearing them everyday!

Today I am talking about these leather joggers that are only $13.99 from Forever 21. I mean, what a steal. I have worn them in the winter with a chunky sweater half tucked in the front and now I am wearing them with a cold shoulder flutter sleeve top. I really like clothes that can be worn more than once and in multiple seasons. And for $13.99 you really cannot go wrong with these pants. They are Final Sale, but I really do not see anyone wanting to return them, especially at that price. I am wearing a size small for reference but could have gotten the extra small if I wanted them a little more fitted.  I don’t like my joggers to be too tight so the small was the right fit.

I paired these joggers with a striped cold should flutter sleeve top. I know, another striped top but this one has some interest with its shoulder baring styling. I plan to wear this top with denim shorts and wedges on a casual date night.

These nude ankle straps were such a good buy because I wear them all the time with casual outfits and dressy outfits. Just buy them. You should also buy my quilted nude chain strap bag because I also wear this all the time too. Nude goes with EVERYTHING!

My geo hoops are finally back in stock! I have been loving hoop earrings lately. This pair is so lightweight and they do not hurt your ears at all even after wearing them all day.

I am excited to bring some more springy looks to the blog in the next few weeks! Think chambray, seersucker and brights. Thanks for reading!

Shop It // Style It is about maxi dresses this week! Floral, printed, solids, you name it. I love throwing on a maxi dress with sandals when it is spring and summer. It is so easy to wear one piece and look well styled and put together. I mixed in some dressy styles and casual styles because a girl can never have too many maxi dresses! The one I am wearing sadly is from last year and not available but I promise I found so many good ones that you will not be disappointed! It is from Windsor Store so I am kicking off the post with some finds from there!

This floral maxi is similar to mine. It has that sexy leg slit and all over floral fabric that I just cannot get enough of.

The strappy back and color of this rust dress is what draws me to it. I love the interest the back adds to a solid dress.

For the days it is still a little cool a long sleeved maxi is perfect. This one comes in 6 prints/colors.

This one is called a prom dress but don’t let it deter you. I know I didn’t wear anything this amazing to my prom! The open back and black halter and simply stunning.

There are so many things I want from here always. This dress immediately caught my eye. I love that it can be worn with flats or heels without having to alter the length.

This one actually reminds me of the one I am wearing. It has the double straps on the back, a slit and is floral. This blue is so so gorgeous!

The Grecian neckline on this dress is my favorite part of it. It also has these amazing tassels on the halter neck straps.

I am having a thing for necklines it seems and I love the detailing on this mustard maxi so much.

I love H&M for their trendy styling and budget friendly clothes. This maxi is on my list! So simple yet eye catching.

A simple airy maxi is also a must for me when the weather is so hot and unbearable. I love the cream color and lace up back on this one and it is only $29.99!

This red maxi is perfect for vacation. It will allow you to drink as many margaritas and eat as many tacos as you want and you will still look fab!

These cut in necklines are so flattering for shoulders. The blue and white batik pattern on this one looks so slimming. And it is only $20!!!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone! I will spending it painting my deck so I won’t be wearing any of these amazing dresses or anything amazing for that matter!
