I have felt like an actual jet-setter lately and it has been both a dream and an exhausting few weeks. Joe and I travelled to Antigua at the beginning of May and the trip was AMAZING. We were home for less than a week and then left for Disney World with our kids, my parents and my sister! I love traveling and seeing places but it really does feel good to be home. Our Antigua trip was sponsored by Joe’s work. He is in sales and exceeded his numbers and was rewarded with this trip. We enjoyed spending time with his coworkers and their wives! With that said, I give you the Antigua Roundup!
I wore my most comfortable jeans I own on the plain paired with a slouchy muscle tee. Layers are key for flying so I grabbed my olive utility jacket. The Allbirds sneakers are insane. I have never worn a more comfortable pair of sneakers. I am already planning to get the grey for Fall.

We stayed at the Carlisle Bay Resort and it felt like we were on a private island. It was so quiet and the staff was accommodating and really made you feel like you were on vacation. Each day they would set up lounge chairs on the beach and bring us individual coolers with water. We even had a staff member cut us down fresh coconuts and sipped coconut water while hanging out on the quiet beach.
The first night was an event night. We had drinks and a pasta bar poolside while we mingled. I wore an amazing flowy maxi dress. It is from last year but THIS ONE is so similar and from the same store.

The next day we went on a catamaran and sailed to a private beach where we were greeted with a BBQ and of course a bar! I wore a white eyelet coverup from Shein that is only $14. It is super lightweight and covers the butt. Obsessed with it.

We had a free night after the catamaran and after a long day being in the sun I opted for comfort. I paired cutoff shorts with an off the shoulder top and some flat studded slides. These shorts cannot be recommend enough. Usually I am a 25 but I had to size down to the 24 for these. BUT I also have this pair from the same designer and had to size up to a 26.

The next day we had an amazing breakfast on our terrace and then headed to the pool and beach. At night we went on a tour of Shirley Heights and were driven up the hill to the steel drum festival where we feasted on fresh BBQ and sipped rose and bourbon. The views were incredible, as was the sunset.

The day after we sat on the beach as late as we possibly could since it was our last day. At night we got dressed to have dinner on the beach with a bonfire. Everything was planned for us and done perfectly. It was an incredible way to end the trip! I wore a red eyelet dress from Abercrombie. I am usually an XS but I wore a Small in this style so it wasn’t too short.
